According to them I should send my passport number with my full name and country of origin for visa processing in Immigration of Canada through the collaboration with Canadian Embassy here in Philippines. When will they clean Place des Arts in Montreal?

When do they usually clean Place des Arts in Montreal? Will it be clean for May?

What are you referring to? Clearing the snow and mud from the steps? Cleaning off the grafitti? Is it dirty INSIDE Place des Arts? I usually find it to be pretty clean there. If you’re referring to cleaning the grounds outside, they usually do it as soon as it is relatively certain that there won’t be any more snow – just like the rest of the city. In other words, they’ll probably clean within the next week or so.
